The Lenoir Housing Authority is a HUD funded public housing agency that has been providing safe, clean, and sanitary low-income housing since 1969. We have 158 public housing residences all located in the city limits of Lenoir. Rent is based on 30% of your gross income minus any applicable deductions and allowances.
